PRODUCT INFORMATION
Seal Coating is a thin asphaltic treatment used to protect pavement surfaces from UV radiation and oxidation. They also protect from water penetration of the pavement. They beautify and protect.
Seal coats are compounded products using the best SS-1 and SS-1h emulsions, fillers and polymer modifiers.
VSS Emultech manufacture two key products:
Both products are made to exacting standards of the Asphalt Seal Coat Manufacturers Association.
Shieldcoat™ Application on a Parking Lot
Black Diamond™Plus
Uses:
VSS Emultech seal coats are suitable for all parking lots, recreational areas and driveways and will operate with all conventional application methods. For colder climates Shieldcoat™ is indicated, for hotter conditions Black Diamond Plus™ is indicated.
Application:
VSS Emultech® seal coats may be poured squeegeed, or sprayed with standard seal coat equipment.
Availability:
55 gallon drums ( by special order) and in bulk. Bulk tankers with transfer loading pump available.
Safety and Environmental:
VSS Emultech ® Seal Coats are water based and non flammable. Both are classified as non hazardous. No negative environmental effects are associated with proper use. MSDSs are available.
